Keeping Demand High

Zul asks...
How do I get get the demand indicator of commerce and industry to stay high and stable for a long time?

I'd like to quickly apologize for not having Tips up for the past few weeks. I recieved a new computer for Christmas, and as all new computers go, things didn't come off without a hitch. I had (and still do) have several problems with my Net connection, so I have had trouble finding chances to update them until now. Thanks for your patience, and sorry for any inconveinence.

Now, on to the question. Obviously, the easiest way to keep the demand on those high is to simply not build any zones of that type :). But to keep demand high while building them, you need to have plenty of residential area to accomodate it all. The main thing you should always build is residential.

One thing to remember is that duruing the early stages of the game, commercial isn't supposed to be high in demand. So there's nothing really you can do in that stage.

I hope this helps!
