Water Value

Allan asks...
Is it true that water affects the city's land value?

This is true. Water is one of the types of "squares" in SC2K with the highest value (why else would it cost $100 per square? :-). Squares with lots of trees on them also have high value. Also, a square's value is affected by the squares near it. For example, squares along a coast or riverside would have a high land value. You can keep this in mind while zoning.

I hope this helps!
