Water Treatment


Paul asks...
Do Treatment Plants really help pollution?

Like prisons, water treatment plants don't really effect your city's water supply or pollution. They're mainly there to make cities seem more realistic. Actually, they would probably contribute to more pollution, because treatment plants do give off smoke & chemicals.
