This page will have SimCity 3000 cities that myself and other people have created. In addition, it will also have any terrains, starter towns, or any other SimCity 3000 related files availabe for download!

Send me your cities! If you send me your city with your name and a short description, I'll be more than happy to add it. Just e-mail rgraessl@choice.net and attach your city, preferably as a ZIP file.

We've recently added a new Utilities section, where freeware tools for SimCity 3000 fans are available for download.

Note: Links with a icon next to them indicate that the link will take you to a site other than Downtown SimCity 3000.

SimElite City 500,000 355kb 2/10/99 The first online version of one of my first cities. Very good cashflow, and good growth so far. This city will be updated as I continue to work on it. Has some Rewards, including: Theme Park, University, Performing Arts Center, and Country Club.

Knightsburg 959,233 538kb 4/23/99 This was my entry into the SimCity.com Manhattan contest. Though it didn't win, in my opinion it's one of my better cities.

Utilities
Utility Creator Description
SC Probe version 2.0 Nahum Ben-Porath This program is a handy little tool - it lets you view information (including Name, Date, Simoleons, and Mayor Name) for any SimCity 3000 city without opening the SimCity 3000 program.
SC3K Map Editor 1.1 Tenermerx A great (and in my opinion better) alternative to CyberWyre's original SC3K terrain editor. Includes a better interface with several new features.
DEM to BMP version 1.1 Conrad Feinson This tool converts USGS data in DEM format to a BMP file for importing in to SC3K.
