Hollywood Scenario

The Hollywood scenario is a goodie, it's the only scenario with the monster. During the scenario, clean up the fires first. They are the most important, there will be some, and they can probably do more damage to your city than the monster. Anyway, put out the fires before anything else (note: if you have the Windows version of Sim City, there is a small chance that the monster will drop trees or water instead of pure destruction. Don't count on it though.) The goal is to get the monster out and raise the population to 100,000 in 5 years.

Here is a step-by-step plan for beating Hollywood:

1. Turn the simulation to turtle speed and follow the monster. When he sets a fire bulldoze a firebreak around it and put firefighters in.
2. Once fires are out and the monster is gone, start to rebuild. First roads, then power lines, followed by zones, highways, utilities, and services.
3. Lower taxes to 0%.
4. Set the speed at cheetah and watch the population.
